Cuka
Subscription Agreement
Effective September 29, 2026
This agreement explains purchases of Cuka Pro through Apple’s App Store on iPhone and iPad. Please read it with Cuka’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before confirming a purchase. Apple’s applicable terms also govern your App Store transaction.
1. Plans and benefits
Cuka offers Weekly Pro (one week), Yearly Pro (one year), and Lifetime Pro (a separate one-time purchase). Each unlocks the Pro benefits described on the purchase screen, including unlimited cleanup. The same entitlement applies to the system photo library and external sources. Available products and benefits are shown in the app before purchase; device, storage, and permission requirements still apply.
2. Price and payment
The total price, currency, billing period, and any offer are displayed before purchase. Apple’s confirmation is authoritative for the transaction; website prices and local testing prices are not binding. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account after you confirm. Cuka does not receive your payment card details.
3. Automatic renewal
Weekly and yearly paid subscriptions renew for the selected period unless canceled. Turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple may charge your account during the 24 hours before the next period begins. The renewal price and date are shown by Apple. A failed payment may interrupt Pro access; any billing retry or grace period follows Apple’s status for your subscription.
4. Manage or cancel
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Cuka, and cancel. You can also use Manage Subscription in Cuka or the Apple subscription-management link below. For a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end date shown by Apple. Deleting Cuka, removing a data source, or stopping use does not cancel billing. Regional cancellation rules and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
5. Trials, discounts, and reward codes
A trial or discounted offer is available only when explicitly offered and subject to Apple’s eligibility checks. Review its length, price after the offer, and renewal conditions before confirming. A renewing trial or discount converts to the displayed paid plan unless canceled; cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid payment. Trial access may end earlier on cancellation as specified by Apple. Sharing rewards use free weekly or yearly subscription offer codes; their redemption deadline, duration, and whether they renew follow the specific offer and Apple’s confirmation. A reward is not a lifetime purchase or a guarantee of recurring free access.
6. Changing plans
Apple controls when a subscription change takes effect and any billing adjustment based on the plans and subscription group. Check the confirmation and your Apple subscription settings for the resulting price, start date, and renewal date.
7. Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable, one-time unlock of Cuka Pro without a recurring subscription fee or scheduled subscription expiration. It remains subject to supported devices and service availability under the Terms of Use. Buying Lifetime Pro does not cancel an existing weekly or yearly subscription. Cancel that subscription separately in your Apple Account to prevent further charges; Apple handles any refund request for previous payments.
8. Restoring purchases
Sign in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase and choose Restore Purchases in Cuka. Valid subscriptions and Lifetime Pro can be restored on supported devices, subject to Apple’s verification. Restoring does not create a new purchase, extend an expired subscription, or restore deleted media or local indexes. Family Sharing is available only if Apple explicitly shows it for the purchased product.
9. Refunds
Request a refund for Apple-billed purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple decides eligibility and processes the request under its rules and applicable law; Cuka cannot promise approval or issue an App Store refund directly. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, the associated Pro entitlement may end. Your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
10. Expiration and your data
If a subscription or reward expires without another valid Pro entitlement, Pro-only benefits end and the applicable free-tier limits resume. Expiration does not itself delete your photos, external-source files, local indexes, or Private Vault content. Keep backups and do not delete the app to cancel a subscription: app deletion may remove local data. Pro access does not replace media permissions or backups.
11. Price or agreement changes
Apple communicates subscription price changes and obtains consent where required. Check Apple’s notices and subscription settings, and cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price. We will publish agreement changes here with an updated effective date; material changes will be communicated where required by law. Updating this page does not itself authorize a new charge or reduce rights in an already-paid period. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting terms.
12. Support and related terms
For Pro access or restore problems, contact support@cuka.app with the product and issue; do not send payment card details or private media. Apple handles billing, subscription cancellation, and refund decisions. Read the related policies and Apple help pages below.
Effective October 10, 2026
This agreement explains purchases of Cuka Pro through Google Play on Android. Please read it with Cuka’s Android Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before confirming a purchase. Google Play’s applicable terms also govern your transaction.
Google Play’s confirmation is authoritative for the transaction; website prices and local testing prices are not binding. Google charges the payment method associated with your Google Account after you confirm, or after a displayed trial ends. Cuka does not receive your payment card details. Pending purchases do not unlock Pro until Google Play confirms the purchase and Cuka verifies it.
3. Automatic renewal
Weekly and yearly paid subscriptions renew for the selected period unless canceled before the current billing period ends. Google Play charges at the start of each billing period under the terms shown at purchase. Check Google Play for your renewal price and date, and cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Google may place a payment authorization hold before renewal under its rules. A failed payment may interrupt Pro access; billing retry, grace periods, and account holds follow Google Play’s subscription status.
4. Manage or cancel
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Cuka, and cancel. Make sure you are using the Google Account that purchased the subscription. You can also use Manage Subscription in Cuka or the Google Play subscription-management link below. Paid access normally continues until the end date shown by Google Play. Uninstalling Cuka, clearing app data, removing a data source, or stopping use does not cancel billing. Regional cancellation rules and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
5. Trials, discounts, and reward codes
A trial or discounted offer is available only when explicitly offered and subject to Google Play’s eligibility checks. Review its length, price after the offer, billing period, and renewal conditions before confirming. Sharing rewards on Android use Google Play subscription promo codes: the weekly reward provides a 7-day trial of Weekly Pro, and the yearly reward provides a trial of Yearly Pro lasting 3–90 days as stated in the reward offer, not a full year of free access. Subscription promo-code redemption requires a valid payment method and automatically renews at the displayed paid price after the trial unless canceled in Google Play before the trial ends. For Cuka’s promo-code trials, cancellation normally leaves access until the trial end date shown by Google Play; check Google Play’s confirmation for the applicable access terms. Cuka does not cancel subscriptions for you. Redemption deadlines and eligibility follow the specific offer and Google Play’s confirmation. A subscription reward is not a lifetime purchase or a guarantee of recurring free access.
6. Changing plans
An in-app upgrade from Weekly Pro to Yearly Pro replaces the existing subscription, with Google Play applying the remaining paid time under its plan-change rules. Check Google Play’s confirmation and subscription settings for the resulting price, effective date, credit, and renewal date. If you obtain another subscription separately, including through a promo code, check Google Play for any other active subscription and cancel unwanted renewal yourself.
7. Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a one-time unlock of Cuka Pro without a recurring subscription fee or scheduled subscription expiration. It remains subject to supported devices and service availability under the Terms of Use. Buying or redeeming Lifetime Pro does not cancel an existing weekly or yearly subscription. Cancel that subscription separately in Google Play to prevent further charges; previous payments remain subject to the refund rules below.
8. Restoring purchases
Use the Google Account used for the original purchase in Google Play and choose Restore Purchases in Cuka. Valid subscriptions and Lifetime Pro can be restored on supported Android devices, subject to Google Play’s verification. Restoring does not create a new purchase, extend an expired subscription, or restore deleted media, local indexes, or Vault data. Android purchases and Apple App Store purchases are separate and do not transfer Pro access between platforms. Do not assume in-app purchases or subscriptions are shared through Google Play Family Library.
9. Refunds
Request a refund through Google Play using the help link below, or contact support@cuka.app for purchase issues. Refund eligibility and processing depend on Google Play’s policies, purchase timing, your location, and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. If Google Play refunds or revokes a purchase, the associated Pro entitlement may end. Your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
10. Expiration and your data
If a subscription or reward trial expires without another valid Pro entitlement, Pro-only benefits end and the applicable free-tier limits resume. Expiration does not itself delete your photos, external-source files, local indexes, or Private Vault content. Keep backups and do not uninstall the app or clear app storage to cancel a subscription: these actions may remove local data, including the local Vault. Pro access does not replace media permissions or backups.
11. Price or agreement changes
Google Play communicates subscription price changes and obtains consent where required. Check Google’s notices and subscription settings, and cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price.
Google Play provides billing records and subscription cancellation; Google Play or the developer can help with refund requests under the applicable rules. Read the related policies and Google help pages below.
