Terms of Use

By using Cuka, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
1. License
Cuka grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful purposes on supported Apple devices, subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable rules.
2. Your media and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your media. You are responsible for having the right to access, edit, move, export, and delete the content you use with Cuka, and for maintaining backups appropriate to its importance.
3. Cleanup and deletion
Cuka provides review and recovery steps, but permanent deletion can be irreversible. System-library items may move to Apple Photos’ Recently Deleted album after Cuka Trash is emptied. External files are permanently removed when their Cuka Trash is emptied. Review selections and backups before deleting.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are billed by Apple. Cuka’s iOS Subscription Agreement explains subscription periods, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, restoring purchases, offers, and Lifetime Pro. The price and offer terms shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation apply to your transaction. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Cuka, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as Cuka develops. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website. Some operations require compatible hardware, current system software, storage, permissions, or network access.
7. Disclaimers
Cuka is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Analysis, similarity results, quality scores, estimated savings, and compression outcomes are recommendations or estimates and may not match every preference or result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cuka’s developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app or website.
